You complete a welcome package
I review it before we meet and set a clear intention for our session together. You don't need to prepare anything…just come as you are!

We meet up
We meet on Zoom or in person. The first part of our session I ask you a ton of questions. I want to understand your core issue deeply before we begin hypnosis.

The hypnosis session
You close your eyes and I guide you into your subconscious. We work directly with the belief or pattern at the root and begin rewiring something new in its place.

Insights & next steps
We debrief together and share insights and “aha” moments. You leave with your session intention achieved and clear, actionable next steps.

Conditioning
Hypnosis is a process of conditioning — the more you do it, the deeper and faster the results. My packages run for 6 or more sessions, which research identifies as the sweet spot for lasting change.

Think of it as upgrading the software instead of yelling at the screen.
Most approaches to change (i.e willpower, conscious effort, talk therapy) work at the level of the conscious mind. They help you understand your patterns. But understanding a pattern and actually changing it are two very different things.
That gap exists because the pattern doesn't live in your conscious mind. It lives in your subconscious that was formed before the age of 7, reinforced over decades, and running on autopilot.
Hypnosis works by guiding your brain into the theta brainwave state, where your critical faculty, the analytical, "that's not possible for me" part of your mind steps aside. From that place, we access the subconscious directly and begin conditioning new neural pathways.

Think of the most deeply relaxed you've ever felt…that's close. You're aware of everything around you, you can hear my voice and respond to my questions, and you feel completely safe and grounded. Your body is still. Your mind is calm.

Yes, however, you have to genuinely want to be there. Hypnosis works with your brain, not against it. If your conscious mind is on guard, it limits how open you are. But if you're ready and willing, it works for virtually everyone — including busy, analytical, hard-to-quiet minds. Research has actually found that people with ADHD tend to be more hypnotizable than average.

Yes. You remain aware throughout the entire session. You'll remember what we worked on, what came up, and what shifted. Many clients describe a feeling of immediate clarity, like something has moved and they can feel the difference right away.

The $250 intro session is for first-time clients only. It’s a complete, standalone experience and a real taste of what this work can do. Clients who want to go deeper move into a package of sessions, where the real conditioning and lasting change happens. Your $250 is fully credited toward any package.

That's one of the most common things I hear! Hypnosis uses specific techniques designed to work with a busy mind, not wait for it to quiet down on its own. Part of my job is guiding you there. The more sessions you do, the faster and deeper it gets. Most people are genuinely surprised by how naturally it happens.

It sure is! Hypnosis is always a collaborative process, meaning, you're in control from start to finish. If any health concerns are relevant to what we're working on, I'll ask for written clearance from your medical professional first. Hypnosis works beautifully alongside other therapies and treatments.

You don't need to believe in hypnosis any more than you need to believe in sleep for it to restore you. It's a science, not a faith. What matters is that you feel safe, you're genuinely open, and there's trust between us.

In our 1:1 sessions, I use techniques to keep you in that relaxed-but-aware theta state. You won't fully fall asleep. For the custom audio recordings included in your package, falling asleep is completely fine. Your subconscious continues receiving the suggestions even as you drift off.
